Olivier Lebeau is a Belgian-trained pastry chef from the city Soignies. After apprenticing in several patisseries in both Belgium and San Francisco, he moved to Vancouver to bring Belgian specialties like the Liege and Bruxelles waffles to Canada. Since 1995 originally on  Cypress Street but now on West 2nd and Pine St, Patisserie Lebeau ​has been baking Belgian rice pies, craquelins, speculoos and many other Belgian favourites, along with other delicious pastries and viennoiseries. At Patisserie Lebeau, we believe in making high-quality food at a reasonable price with ingredients you can pronounce. Everything is made fresh every day so there's no need to feel bad about eating pastries.

MENU

Orders are for the next day only as we do not do shipping and must be in before or at 4pm, that way we can prepare. Orders taken past 4pm will not be available for the next day. Thank you for understanding :)
