Authentic Belgian Waffles Since 1995


Olivier Lebeau is a Belgian-trained pastry chef from the city Soignies. After apprenticing in several patisseries in both Belgium and San Francisco, he moved to Vancouver to bring Belgian specialties like the Liege and Bruxelles waffles to Canada.

Since 1995, Patisserie Lebeau ​has been baking Belgian rice pies, craquelins, speculoos and many other Belgian favourites, along with other delicious pastries and viennoiseries. At Patisserie Lebeau, we believe in making high-quality food at a reasonable price with ingredients you can pronounce.

Everything is made fresh every day with the best, natural ingredients and the perfect quantity, so there's no need to feel bad about eating our delicious pastries.

Our Mission


For 29 years, we have been bringing our Belgian favourites to Vancouver. Now, we want to expand and modernise our traditional favourites into new, waffle inventions. At Patisserie Lebeau, we know that times change and while the classics will always be available, why not try some trendy new inventions that are exclusive to us! We are always inventing and trying new methods, such as our filled waffles, which we were created in the 2000s. And we won't stop any time soon!
